The Perfect Day Package
Elite Wedding Package
The Elite Package is a full package for the busy professional or the out-of-town bride wanting to plan a wedding in the St. Louis and Franklin County area. Every detail will be carried perfectly by our experienced consulting staff. Weddings by A Bushel and A Peck can make your wedding day exceptional and unforgettable.
Benefits of planning your wedding with the Elite Package include
Developing a plan for the Wedding of your Dreams. We get to know who you are as a couple and understand what the wedding of your dreams means to you
Determine availability, recommend, and arrange meetings with only trusted vendors who fit your needs and budget
Develop a comprehensive plan to achieve each of the desires of your wedding
Make recommendations and guide you in choosing the ceremony and reception sites for your wedding.
Guide you in the selection process and hiring Vendors: Florist, Photographer, Videographer, Music, Caterer, Cake, Hotels, Invitations, Transportation
Attend meetings with you or on your behalf
Follow through on all the details with vendors and venues
Attend and coordinate your rehearsal (along with the officiate)
Ensure organization during the rehearsal and the day of your wedding assuring everyone is in the appropriate place at the appropriate time.
Coordinate the ceremony and reception according to the plan
Coordinate deposits and payment schedules
Review and negotiate all contracts throughout the process
Meeting to see where you are and help create an action plan moving forward
Vendor recommendations
Attendance at one design meeting (with the florist and/or at the venue)
Attendance at the tasting and final venue walkthrough
Meeting at 8 weeks out from wedding day
Available for unlimited emails/phone calls for the final 8 weeks
Comprehensive day-of timeline for vendors/wedding party
Finalize details with vendors & serve as a point of contact
Facilitate rehearsal with officiant and venue coordinator
Provide unlimited hours on the wedding day (stay through the end of reception)
Direct vendors, wedding party, and families
Oversee set up / tear down at venues as needed
Manage last-minute changes and special needs
Provide 1 assistant coordinator as needed
Return rental items (limitations apply
The Elegant Day Package
For the Bride who wants the advice and guidance of an Event Planner, but is comfortable handling some of the planning on her own or has a limited budget, we offer the Perfect Package … a custom package to fit your needs.
If you’ve already booked but you are needing help with wedding ceremony:

making design decisions
arranging for hotel and transportation needs
coordinator for the day of your event.
The Graceful Day Package
Coordinator for the day
You have everything done, everything is scheduled you just need to make sure it goes off without a hitch and that you and your family get to enjoy the day.
The coordinator will be there with hair, makeup, deliveries, setup, photos, ceremony, reception events (cake cutting, first dance, etc.)
Event Planning
Corporate and Social Event Packages are also available and created on a customized basis.
We can do a whole package rate or just give you some assistance.
We get to know you, your organization, and most importantly, your culture.
